简介
《进击的巨人 Before the fall》本是谏山创原作、凉风凉执笔、THORES柴本担当插画的外传小说，全4卷，讲述《进击的巨人》的前传故事。第1卷的主人公是在工房任职、负责开发兵器的安海尔，第2～3卷的主人公是小时候在巨人的呕吐物中被发现，人送外号“巨人之子”，长大后加入调查兵团的裘克洛。
漫画版由《神风》、《光与水之女神》、《XBLADE》的作者士贵智志负责作画。
